Since Mar Structural Design’s founding in 2014, Taline has led the firm’s financial governance, information systems, administrative workflows, and graphic identity, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and organizational resilience. She leverages her expertise in implementing and optimizing integrated financial and operational systems to empower management and staff with data transparency and time-saving automation.

Her Bachelor of Architecture from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and Master of Science in conservation of monuments and sites from KU Leuven in Belgium have shaped her people-centric, multidisciplinary, and mission-driven approach that is central to the firm’s ethos. A multilingual native of the Levant’s rich and ancient traditions, she is deeply interested in how systems, history, and tangible and intangible heritage intersect and paint our everyday experiences and long-term outcomes.
