Alan is a true believer in lifelong learning and thoughtful communication. He approaches every project with big-picture thinking and a devotion to detail. His diverse experience includes multi-family housing, historic renovation and seismic retrofit, and high performance design. Alan received his bachelor’s degree in structural engineering from the University of California, San Diego and his master’s in structural engineering from the University of California, Berkeley. Outside of work, he loves to salsa dance and learn new languages.
