Nadeem is especially drawn to non-linear design and understanding structural behavior. He has a particular fascination with concrete and steel materials in buildings. Nadeem’s prior experiences working with these materials in new and retrofit projects helped him to appreciate architects, contractors, and client objectives and to provide calibrated solutions. This experience included work on high-rise, residential, reinforced concrete buildings, in addition to shopping malls, commercial buildings, and a steel structure convention center. Nadeem completed his bachelor’s in civil engineering from Sardar Patel College of Engineering in Mumbai, and his master’s in structural and earthquake engineering from the University at Buffalo. In his free time Nadeem likes to explore new places and sample different types of cuisine.
